Today it snowed! The neighborhood kids had the day off and the girls got let out of school at noon, so daddy decided to give them all sled rides with the four-wheeler. They LOVED it.. I think they were probably out there for about three hours. Well, they all came in, one by one, to warm up. We ran out of hot chocolate so, the young ones had to settle with hot tea.
This is Janae's best bud... these two are inseperable!!
Then, what do you do? Sit by the electric heater for a while to warm up. Of course, there is nothing like cuddling up with a good book; or in this case an encyclopedia!
Then, after eating a hot bowl of old-fashioned vegetable beef soup. Of course, then you get really tuckerd out and just can't make it any longer... so you turn on your mom's electric heater blanket, and fall off to sleep; at 7:30 pm.
We need to have more days like these!
