We had a pretty busy day on this day. Larry and I took back some materials to Menards and bought my husband his Christmas present with our in-store credits. He love's that place. The only time I like to go to Menards is when we are buying something for ME! I know, I know that sounds really selfish, but He doesn't like to go to the mall for very long, unless it's to buy him something. So, it goes both ways.
We are working on our fireplace. That is the reason for Menards at this time. I need to dig through my digital photo albums and find a good picture of the fireplace before. This is actually a during picture. We still need to finish tiling the hearth, texture and paint the drywall, and then add the mantle and we will be done with this project! Yippie! We have waited about 4 months to tackle this project.
