Some have asked when I was going to update my blog. Well, I've not really had the ambition to do it, but decided I had better. There hasn't been much going on here this side of blogger-land. Except Janae fell and split her head open, but we managed that quite well, without a trip to the doctors. It took some snipping of hair to get the butterfly closures to finally stick, but we did get it.
We also laid carpet in my school-turned-computer room. What a blessing that was. When we took out the ugly blue carpet that was there, underneath was just unfinished wood. So, needless to say, it gave off nasty splinters! So, leave it to Janae to get one of those nasty splinters in her toe! Ouch. We finally did get that out with out a visit to the doctors also (yes it was that bad). After that I said enough was enough. So off to Menard's we went and found a lovely berber carpet (not my favorite carpet, but it was lovely), and at a lovely sale price. Thanks hun for all your hard work putting that in for us! ~
No, the picture does not do it justice, but it is done! And yes, those are yellow walls! :) Very sun-shinny!

The carpet looks very nice. I am sure it is better than getting splinters in peoples toes. Ouch poor Janae.
